Camp Washington Urban Revitalization Corporation (CWURC) is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the redevelopment of four vacant parcels located at 1376–1380 Hopple Street and 3113 Meeker Street in Cincinnati’s Camp Washington neighborhood.

CWURC seeks innovative infill proposals that align with the community vision established in the Made in Camp neighborhood plan. Development concepts may include multifamily housing, mixed use, cottage court models, row houses, mixed-income housing, light manufacturing or other creative typologies that increase neighborhood density while respecting the surrounding community context.

The selected development team should demonstrate:

• Experience with urban infill development. 

•  Financial and organizational capacity. 

• Commitment to community engagement.

• Ability to deliver quality housing within 24 months.
