Homeownership Program

In 2023, Camp Washington Urban Revitalization Corporation (CWURC) created the Camp Washington Homeownership program to provide a resource for potential homeowners. The program is designed to provide homeownership opportunities to first time homeowners and low to moderate income households, all while achieving the goal of increasing long term residents in Camp Washington. Through this program, buyers have the potential to receive up $20,000 towards the purchase of their home through a forgivable loan.
